Return/Refund Policy

If the product you received has any quality issue and would like to request a return/refund, please drop a Email to service@staroar.com within 7 days of receiving your order, we'll take care of the rest for you.  

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • All returned items must be in perfect resalable condition. If the returned item is deemed to not be in a resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Eg: writing on the packaging, opened diamonds bags, pasted diamonds etc
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of use

    Returns are applied to the same payment method of the purchase. 

    You should send back the unwanted product(s) at your own expense.

    Cancellation policy

    Orders can be canceled as long as they haven't been packed or shipped, please contact us as soon as you can through Email service@staroar.com if you would like to cancel a order.

    If your order has already been processed, we will not be able to cancel it for you. You will need to return it for a refund. 

    When will I receive my refund?

    Your refund will be issued back to your card within 3 business days upon we received your return.
